These terms govern your use of the Haven & Hold website and your purchase of our digital products. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

What You're Purchasing
Haven & Hold sells digital download products—primarily minimalist quote prints delivered as high-resolution image files. When you purchase from us, you receive:
- Instant access to downloadable files via email
- A personal-use license to print and display these files
- Multiple size variations for flexible printing options
- A companion reflection card (where included)
You are purchasing a license to use these files, not ownership of the underlying artwork or intellectual property.
License Terms: What You Can (and Can't) Do
What Your Purchase Allows
Your purchase grants you a personal-use license. This means you may:
- Print unlimited copies for your own personal spaces (home, office, bedroom, anywhere you call yours)
- Print copies to give as gifts to friends and family
- Display prints in your therapy practice, counseling office, or wellness space (personal professional use)
- Frame, mount, or display your prints however you choose
- Print at any size included in your download package
What Your Purchase Does Not Allow
Your license is for personal use only. You may not:
- Resell the digital files in any format
- Share the digital files with others (even friends or family—they can purchase their own)
- Distribute the files through any platform, free or paid
- Use the files in products you sell (t-shirts, mugs, journals, phone cases, etc.)
- Use the files in any commercial product or publication
- Modify the files and claim them as your own original work
- Upload the files to print-on-demand services for resale
- Include our files in any digital product you create or sell
Commercial Licensing
If you're interested in using Haven & Hold designs commercially—for products, publications, large-scale reproduction, or resale—we offer commercial licenses on a case-by-case basis.

Therapist & Wellness Professional Use
Many of our customers are therapists, counselors, coaches, and wellness practitioners. Your personal-use license covers:
- Displaying prints in your office or practice space
- Using prints as visual aids in sessions (displayed, not reproduced)
- Recommending Haven & Hold to clients (thank you!)
Your license does not cover:
- Reproducing or distributing prints to clients
- Including prints in materials you sell or distribute
- Using prints in courses, workbooks, or digital products you create
For professional licensing that includes client distribution or reproduction rights, contact us to discuss commercial licensing options.
Digital Delivery
How It Works
After your purchase is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a secure download link. This email typically arrives within 5 minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Download Limits
Your download link allows a limited number of downloads (typically 5) and expires after 30 days. This protects both of us from unauthorized distribution.
If you need additional downloads or your link has expired, email us. We're happy to resend.
File Storage
We recommend downloading your files promptly and saving them somewhere safe—a dedicated folder, cloud storage, or backup drive. While we can resend files, maintaining your own copies ensures you always have access.
Intellectual Property
All Haven & Hold designs, quotes (where original), visual elements, branding, and website content are protected by copyright and remain the property of Haven & Hold.
Your purchase grants you a license to use specific files for personal purposes. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
Quotes and Attribution
Many of our prints feature quotes from historical figures, literary sources, or public domain texts. Where quotes are attributed to specific individuals, that attribution reflects our best research. Haven & Hold creates original typographic designs around these quotes.
Some prints feature original quotes created by Haven & Hold. These remain our intellectual property.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD and include all applicable fees. We do not charge for shipping (there is none—your products are delivered digitally).
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure checkout.
Prices may change at any time, but any purchase you complete will be honored at the price displayed at checkout.
Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to process your order and deliver your files. We don't sell your data, and we don't spam you.

Limitation of Liability
Haven & Hold provides digital files "as is." While we work hard to ensure our files are high-quality and functional, we cannot guarantee they will work perfectly with every device, printer, or print service.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your order. We are not responsible for printing costs, framing costs, or any other expenses you incur in using our products.
Disputes
We hope you never need this section. But if a dispute arises:
- Contact us first. Email hello@havenandhold.com and give us a chance to make things right. Most issues can be resolved with a conversation.
- If we can't resolve it, any disputes will be governed by the laws of the state of [Your State], and you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email to past customers. Your continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
