What exactly am I purchasing?
You are purchasing a physical wall art print, either unframed or framed, produced on demand through Printful and shipped directly to you.
What sizes are available?
Most prints are available in seven sizes: 8x10, 11x14, 12x16, 12x18, 16x20, 18x24, and 24x36.
What is the difference between framed and unframed?
Unframed poster prints are printed on enhanced matte paper and arrive ready for your own frame. Framed prints use Printful's framed poster format with Black, White, or Natural frame finishes and a clear front protector.
What paper do you print on?
Prints use enhanced matte paper with a smooth, non-glare finish.
Ordering & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Each order is made on demand. Production and delivery timing can vary by product and destination. You will receive tracking by email when your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping availability is shown at checkout based on the destination address.
My order has not arrived yet. What do I do?
Check the tracking email first. If tracking is stalled, marked delivered but missing, or outside the expected delivery window, email hello@havenandhold.com.

What is your return policy?
