Haven & Hold is a small print studio making quiet quote prints with a therapeutic sensibility. Three collections organized around Grounding, Wholeness, and Growth, each with its own palette and visual language.
These prints were made for rooms where people come to feel something. Therapy offices, yoga studios, meditation spaces, waiting rooms. The kind of art that stays quiet until someone needs it.

Wholeness Collection
Circles and enso. Acceptance, integration, self-compassion. Sage green tones. Mantras like Soften Here, Space for All of You, and You Belong Here.
Growth Collection
Lotus and spirals. Becoming, transition, emergence. Soft blue tones. Mantras like Still Becoming, Between Chaos and Calm, and Held in Transition.

If you are outfitting a practice, studio, or office with multiple prints, I am happy to help you choose pieces that work well together. Prints from the same collection share a palette, so they naturally complement each other on a gallery wall or across rooms.
